Esseco supports culture: the exhibition “Italy of the first Italians” opens in Novara
From November 1st, the Castello di Novara hosts the exhibition “Italy of the First Italians”, supported by Esseco. Eighty works narrate the story of a country in the making—emerging, transforming, and modernizing.
Spanning from the early post-unification years to the early 20th century, “Italy of the First Italians. Portrait of a Newly Born Nation” is a journey through the visual and cultural memory of Italy, told through the masterpieces of some of the most significant artists in our figurative tradition.
Curated by Elisabetta Chiodini, the exhibition is organized by METS in collaboration with the Municipality of Novara and the Fondazione Castello di Novara. It is held under the patronage of the Piedmont Region, the European Commission, and the Province of Novara, and will remain open until April 6, 2026.
Esseco is proud to support a project that enhances Italy’s cultural heritage and strengthens the bond between art, the local area, and its communities.
