Effective today, four new appointments are strengthening Esseco Industrial’s organization, combining continuity, experience and an increasingly integrated approach across the Holding.
Over the past few months, we have been working on a new performance indicator: the organization’s ability to consistently prepare, govern and successfully execute the most critical activities across the entire business, especially during a complex period such as the one we are currently facing.
Our analysis of this area has led us to review our senior organizational structure, with the aim of further strengthening our ability to prepare, govern and execute critical work.
Per Ove Jakobsen becomes CEO of ADDCON. Having successfully led ADDCON Nordic with an entrepreneurial mindset and contributed to the development of Esseco Industrial since its very beginning, he will bring strong, experienced and unified leadership to the entire ADDCON organization, including ADDCON GmbH in Germany and ADDCON Dalian in China.
Giuseppe Falsiroli, previously CEO of Esseco, takes the lead of Esseco’s international project, coordinating Esseco, Esseco France, Esseco USA and Esseco Mexico. Since the establishment of Esseco Industrial, Giuseppe has made a significant contribution to the development of our Holding, leading Esseco with outstanding managerial expertise. We are confident that he will bring the same commitment and effectiveness to his new international role.
Silvano Catina becomes Commercial Director of Esseco Industrial in Italy. His appointment brings our commercial activities under a single leadership in a market of fundamental strategic importance to the Holding.
We are also pleased to welcome Russel Etherington back to the Holding as Senior Advisor to Esseco UK and Esseco Industrial. Russel will support business development through commercial and strategic analysis, bringing his extensive experience to our continued growth journey.
These appointments reflect our commitment to developing internal expertise, strengthening our leadership and building an increasingly integrated, future-focused organization capable of addressing the most complex challenges.
